Nate Nicholson

My name is Nate Nicholson, and I was born and raised in Grant County. I graduated from Mississinewa High School in 1993 and went on to earn my degree from Indiana University in 1997.

After college, I spent several years in Tampa, Florida, working in sales before returning home to pursue a career in the golf industry. I worked at the Marion Elks Country Club for nine years, building strong relationships and serving the community I’ve always called home.

Following that chapter, I spent nine years at the Walmart Distribution Center, gaining valuable experience and perspective. About four years ago, another life transition led me into the real estate industry — a path that has allowed me to combine my sales background, work ethic, and passion for helping people right here in Grant County.

I am the proud father of 3 kids, Brady, Jazmyn, and Maci. I also have 4 grandchildren, Charlie, Kayd, Lucy and Hudson.
